Recently, Avancis, the world's leading CIGS solar module manufacturing company affiliated to Bengbu Glass Industrial Design and Research Institute, broke the world record
for encapsulated CIGS thin-film modules with 17.

This conversion efficiency is achieved on cadmium-free CIGS modules with dimensions of 30x30 c㎡ and an aperture area of 622 c㎡, which are certified
by the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (Fraunhofer ISE).
This achievement surpasses the conversion efficiency
of 16% and 16.
5% set by previously internationally renowned companies.
If this technology is successfully used in the production of modules with an area of 1 square meter that Avancis is producing, the output of the modules will reach an impressive 170 watts
