On May 23, with the completion of the three impact operation tasks of the main transformer, the Bengbu Donghai 220 kV substation project was successfully
put into operation.
Bengbu Donghai 220 kV substation is located in the southeast corner of Wanda Plaza in Yuhui District, Bengbu City, with convenient
transportation.
In recent years, with the rapid development of Bengbu urban construction, the land resources required for the construction of large-scale substations in the urban area have been very scarce, the new Donghai substation adopts the most advanced domestic small maintenance, safe and reliable operation of fully enclosed combined GIS electrical equipment, all electrical equipment are concentrated in one building, the area is more than 60% less than the general open substation, the noise index is also greatly reduced than the general substation, more in line with the current trend of green environmental protection
.
According to the person in charge of the site, in order to stabilize the construction schedule, the project department strictly implements the management responsibility, through the decomposition of the total construction period target of the project, so as to realize the control of the phased milestone schedule of the project, and adhere to the principle of "project progress obeys safety and quality", and actively coordinate and solve the problems
arising in the construction process.
In view of the difficult problems in the construction process of indoor substation, the project department conducted construction risk analysis in advance, formulated preventive measures, and established an "engineering excellence team" to focus on solving the efficiency of indoor main transformer casing installation and indoor GIS installation methods to ensure that the project was put into operation
on schedule.
It is reported that the station will build a new main transformer with a capacity of 180MVA, 2 220 kV lines, 6 110 kV lines, 12 10 kV lines, and will be further expanded
in the later stage.
The successful start-up of the Donghai substation will effectively ensure the stability of power supply in and around Bengbu City, provide a strong and reliable stable power grid for the upcoming "peak summer" power load growth, and at the same time, provide a favorable power supply point for the agricultural network transformation project in Bengbu area, laying a solid foundation
