    Recently, India’s state-owned Bharat Petroleum Company (BPCL) announced that it plans to build a new set of 50,000 tons of super absorbent resin (SAP) plant near its refinery and petrochemical plant in Cochin

    BPCL said that the company will build a 200-tonne-per-year demonstration unit at the Cochin refinery in southern Kerala by October
