At present, the value of hepatocyte regeneration in predicting the prognosis of hepatitis B-related acute-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF) is not yet clear.
The study included patients with chronic hepatitis B who were rapidly deteriorating.
diagnosis
As a result, a total of 308 HBV-ACLF patients were included in the study, and they were randomly divided into training group (n = 206) and test group (n = 102).
In summary, this study established a prognostic scoring system for HBV-ACLF patients, which can effectively predict the short-term survival of patients.
