    With the rapid development of single-cell sequencing technology, a number of global and large-scale cell atlas projects have been launched one after another, such as the human cell atlas project and so on


     

     

     

    In order to solve the above problems, on September 21, 2021, the Beijing Future Gene Diagnosis Advanced Innovation Center, Peking University Biomedical Frontier Innovation Center Tang Fuchou's research group and Peking University School of Mathematics Li Tiejun's research group jointly published online on Briefings in Bioinformatics entitled Integrating single-cell datasets with ambiguous batch information incorporating molecular network features by research papers


     

    The research assumes that each gene does not perform functions in isolation in the cell, but tends to form a complex molecular network of multiple different genes (for example, the protein products of different genes combine to form protein complexes) and interact together to determine the cell or Physiological phenotype of organisms
