    New York-based private equity firm Brookstone Partners has announced plans to build a 900-megawatt wind farm near Dakhla, which is currently managed
    by Morocco.

    Brookstone established the Soluna wind farm
    after obtaining land use rights from Altus.
    The company hopes to raise $100 million through an initial coin raise to fund the construction of its first 36-megawatt turbines
