Rosatom, Russia's state energy company, revealed on Monday that it has submitted an application to become a strategic investor in Bulgaria's
nuclear power plants.

Bulgaria is currently looking for strategic investors for its restarted Belene sur-Danube nuclear power project, with a total investment of at least €10 billion
