The automatic biochemical analyzer follows the principle of Lambert-Beer law based on the characteristic absorption spectrum produced by the measured substance in the ultraviolet and visible light regions, and compares a sample with an unknown concentration with a standard substance with a known concentration or according to the molar absorption coefficient method.
JJF 1720—2018 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer Calibration Specification is suitable for the calibration of fully automatic biochemical analyzers based on the Lambert-Beer law as the quantitative principle, but not suitable for the calibration of dry-type biochemical analyzers based on the quantitative principle of reflectance photometry
Two conditions for calibration of automatic biochemical analyzer
1.
Temperature: 15 ℃-30 ℃; relative humidity: 40% ~ 85%;
Others: no direct light, no corrosive gas, no vibration and electromagnetic interference
2.
