Post-treatment coating process after applying topcoat

After the topcoat is sprayed, it is dried, dried, and cooled into the final quality inspection process.
Check and accept according to product standards or technical conditions, divided into qualified products, qualified products after repairs and unqualified products that require major repairs, and calculate the pass rate (strictly only qualified products, and generally include qualified products after minor modifications).
Qualified products undergo the following post-processing procedures as required.

①Polishing wax

Polishing is to make the top paint coating have a soft and stable luster and make the paint surface smoother, which is a means to improve the decoration of the coating.

②Apply protective wax

In order to further improve the corrosion resistance of the coated object and prevent the coating film from being damaged during the storage and transportation process, the waxing post-treatment is carried out after coating.
The car surface protective wax layer or protective film can play the best role in sealing the commercial cars that need to be shipped by sea, preventing the erosion of sea water, high temperature and humidity, and sunlight.
