5 Inspection rules

1 All item days in the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard are ex-factory inspection items, and ex-factory inspection should be carried out batch by batch

6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

1 Industrial carbon tetrachloride packaging containers should have firm and clear signs, including: product name, trademark, manufacturer name, site, net content, batch number, product grade, number of this standard, and “drug ”Mark, the “Afraid of the sun” and “Afraid of the rain” signs specified in GB/T191

2 Industrial carbon tetrachloride should be packaged in dry and clean galvanized iron drums, protective coating iron drums or tanks

7 Security

Industrial carbon tetrachloride will not burn, but it will easily produce highly toxic phosgene and chlorinated gas fumes when exposed to open flames or high temperatures

It gradually decomposes into phosgene and hydrogen chloride in humid air
.

When touching or using carbon tetrachloride , you should wear necessary protective equipment

In case of skin contact, thoroughly rinse the skin with soapy water and running water for at least 15 minutes.
In case of eye contact, rinse with running water or normal saline and seek medical attention
