4.
Some test procedures specified by the test method may lead to dangerous situations
4.
Unless otherwise specified, only reagents confirmed to be analytically pure and grade 3 water specified in GB/T6682 are used in the analysis
4.
Take an appropriate amount of laboratory samples in the colorimetric tube, and visually observe whether the samples have suspended solids and mechanical impurities
4.
Carry out according to the method specified in GB/T21541-2008

5 Inspection rules
5.
1 All item days in the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard are ex-factory inspection items, and ex-factory inspection should be carried out batch by batch
.
5.
2 Industrial carbon tetrachloride is a batch of uniform products of the same quality, and a batch of barreled products is not more than 100t, or the volume of a storage tank or a tank is a batch
.
5.
3 Sampling of industrial carbon tetrachloride shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 7.
1 of GB/T6680-2003
.
The number of sampling units for barreled products shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations in GB/T6678-2003, and the total amount of sampling shall meet the needs of inspection
.
5.
4 Industrial carbon tetrachloride should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer
.
Each batch of products should be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: product name, product grade, manufacturer name, factory address, batch number or production date and the standard number
.
5.
5 The test result is judged according to the rounding value comparison method in GB/T1250
.
If there is an indicator that meets the requirements of this standard, the barreled product shall be sampled again from twice the number of packaging units for inspection, and the tanked product and the tanked canned product shall be resampled for inspection
.
Even if only one index does not meet the requirements of this standard as a result of the re-inspection, the whole batch of products is unqualified
.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.
1 Industrial carbon tetrachloride packaging containers should have firm and clear signs, including: product name, trademark, manufacturer name, site, net content, batch number, product grade, number of this standard, and “drug ”Mark, the “Afraid of the sun” and “Afraid of the rain” signs specified in GB/T191
.
6.
2 Industrial carbon tetrachloride should be packaged in dry and clean galvanized iron drums, protective coating iron drums or tanks
.
Packed in iron drums, the net weight per drum is 200kg±0.
5kg, 250kg±0.
5kg, 300kg±0.
9kg, or packed according to user requirements
.
6.
3 The loading volume of shovel-plated iron drums, protective coating iron drums or tanks shall be based on the total volume of the iron drums or tanks and the volume caused by changes in the temperature and other factors allowed on the transportation of carbon tetrachloride products.
Expansion is considered
.
6.
4 Carbon tetrachloride products for industrial use should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, not close to heat sources, and avoid exposure to the sun and rain
.
6.
5 The storage and transportation of industrial carbon tetrachloride products shall comply with the relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China on the storage and transportation of dangerous goods on railways, highways and waterways
.
6.
6 Industrial carbon tetrachloride products should not be impacted during transportation, loading and unloading, and should be handled with care to avoid damaging the packaging container and causing product leakage
.
7 Security
Industrial carbon tetrachloride will not burn, but it will easily produce highly toxic phosgene and chlorinated gas fumes when exposed to open flames or high temperatures
.
It gradually decomposes into phosgene and hydrogen chloride in humid air
.
When touching or using carbon tetrachloride , you should wear necessary protective equipment
.
In case of skin contact, thoroughly rinse the skin with soapy water and running water for at least 15 minutes.
In case of eye contact, rinse with running water or normal saline and seek medical attention
.
