On February 9, CDE's official website issued an announcement stating that in order to implement the newly revised "Drug Administration Law" and "Drug Registration Management Measures", and to speed up the implementation of the reform requirements of the drug review and approval system, the center combined with the latest policy and regulatory requirements for the "Chemical Raw Materials".
The Guidelines for Drug Acceptance and Review (Trial) (Draft for Comments)” have been revised and are now publicized on the website of the Center to widely listen to opinions and suggestions from all walks of life
