The study uses the longitudinal data set of mother-child binary sets to study the relationship between the development trajectory of children's brain function network and behavior and the adverse experiences and depression of mother and infant.

The results found that the functional connection of offspring children's language network and sensory motor network, frontal lobe network and attention network is related to the mother's bad experience, and interacts with gender and age.
