The product has a quaternary ammonium salt amphoteric surfactant structure
[Preparation method] The preparation of cetyl dimethyl (2-sulfite) ethyl ammonium can be divided into two steps
① ethylene sulfite synthesized using the glycol with sodium sulfite in an acid catalyst for esterification to generate ethylene sulfite
② Ammoniolysis of ethylene sulfite Ethylene sulfite reacts with cetyl dimethyl amine to obtain cetyl dimethyl (2-sulfite) ethyl ammonium.
[Application] This product is a zwitterionic internal salt bactericide with a bactericidal effect of 2 to 5 times that of 1227.
In addition, this product has excellent sludge stripping ability and can be used for sludge stripping of various cooling devices and cooling water tower purification
This product integrates sterilization, cleaning and stripping, and corrosion inhibition.
