    From August 23rd to 24th, the National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC586) organized a review meeting for chemical fiber standards in Guiyang, from China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, Shanghai Textile Industry Technical Supervision Institute, National Chemical Fiber Standardization Technology Nearly 120 people including members of the committee and the Standardization Technical Committee of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and industry experts attended the meeting




    In terms of method standards, the meeting reviewed two newly developed standards, "Oxygen Index Method for Test Methods of Flame Retardant Properties of Chemical Fibers" and "Test Methods for Intrinsic Viscosity of Spandex Filament Polymers"



    The "Oxygen Index Method for Testing the Flame Retardant Properties of Chemical Fibers" is a combination of the "Oxygen Index Method for the Test Methods for the Flame Retardant Properties of Viscose Staple Fibers" (FZ/T 50016-2011) and the "Oxygen Index Method for the Test Methods for the Flame Retardant Properties of Polyester Fibers".



    Molecular weight is an important index to evaluate the properties of polymers, which is directly related to the physical and chemical properties such as mechanical strength, heat resistance and solubility of finished fibers



    In terms of product standards, 5 revised standards: "Bamboo Pulp for Regenerated Cellulose Fiber", "Pulp for Regenerated Cellulose Fiber", "Bamboo Pulp Viscose Staple Fiber", "Colored Polyester Staple Fiber" And "Nylon 6 High Orientation Yarn (HOY)", the revision of the standard provides technical support for the improvement of product quality



    7 standards were formulated: "Narringin Modified Polyester Staple Fiber", "Recycling Sea-island Polyester Drawn Yarn", "Catechin Modified Viscose Staple Fiber", "Colored Polyester Staple Fiber for Vehicle Interiors", " Surgical implant medical grade polyethylene terephthalate (PET) drawing yarn", "acetate staple fiber" and "recycled polyester staple fiber for sewing thread" are all differentiated new products



    Naringin and catechin are natural plant extract raw materials, which have certain functions such as antibacterial and deodorizing.



    Recycling polyester is a new type of chemical fiber with comprehensive utilization of resources and green environmental protection.
