The new technical committee is composed of 27 experts, and the chief engineer of the association, Cheng Changjin, is the chairman

According to the working rules reviewed and approved, the technical committee will participate in the scientific and technological development plan of the research association, organize the development of new safety technology products, and be responsible for reviewing the relevant standards under the responsibility of the Chemical Sub-Standard Committee, the promotion of technical titles of the association, the appraisal of scientific research achievements, and the declaration of scientific and technological awards, etc.

Lu Nianming, secretary of the party committee, executive vice chairman and secretary general of the association, pointed out that the technical committee is the staff member of the association's technical decision-making, and should play the role of technical experts in technical management and major key technical issues in research and decision-making

At the meeting, the new technical committee also listened to the comprehensive assessment of the fourth batch of fine chemical reaction safety risk assessment institutions, and voted to approve the public list of 21 fine chemical reaction safety risk assessment institutions to be recommended to the industry
