    On the basis of revealing and understanding the unique biosynthetic mechanism of different natural products, the concept of synthetic biology is used to design and transform to obtain more new structures.

    Compound Aurantinin ( ART ) is a unique class of 6/7/8/5 polyene tetracyclic polyketides complex structure, in this study the authors first identified ART biosynthetic gene cluster compound and by analyzing ART structure different The formation of methyl groups studied the assembly process of its polyketone chains
