    Chinese and Italian companies will reportedly cooperate to build a solar power plant
    in the central Iranian city of Yazd.

    Back on Sunday, Italian company Denikon and China's Sionsteel signed a memorandum of understanding
    in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic city of Yazd.

    The memorandum of understanding aims to build a 500-1,000 MW solar power plant, 20,000 5 MW solar panels and a solar panel factory

    actively seeking to promote and develop international investment opportunities.
    Another partner of the project, Sinosteel, is a state-owned company
