China-Angola joint "soldier head to tail" rotation training to improve management foundation

Sinopec News Network reported at the end of April that the first phase of the 2021 team leader rotation training course for Sino-Anhui Joint Venture started, and 44 team leaders from the company's grassroots units and business outsourcing units received a three-day closed training.

This training is equipped with content such as outreach training, party history education, face-to-face with company leaders, national skill master studio project unit passing through and sending treasures, and Zhong'an joint situation and mission presentations.

In the face-to-face session with company leaders, Shi Huabiao, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Zhong'an Joint Party Committee, discussed and exchanged with the rotation trainees, listened carefully to the voices of the front-line team leaders, patiently answered their questions and demands, and required relevant units to carefully sort out the team leaders’ opinions and suggestions.

During the training, expansion projects such as digital castles, spot soldiers on the battlefield, phalanx for the blind, and forcibly crossing the sulfuric acid river cultivated the trainees’ sense of teamwork and enhanced their awareness of enhancing execution.

As the "head and tail", the team leader is the direct participant and organizer of the front-line production, and the executor of the implementation of the joint rules and regulations and development strategy of Zhong'an.
