China has successfully developed cable assemblies
that are resistant to 1000°C high temperature.
Recently, the reporter learned this news
from the 203 Institute of the Second Academy of Aerospace Science and Industry.

The high temperature resistant silica cable assembly developed by the 203 Institute of Aerospace Science and Industry can withstand 1000 °C high temperature, using special materials with high temperature resistance characteristics, through optimized design and material selection, to ensure the high temperature resistance of connector products, laying the foundation
for the successful development of 1000 °C high temperature cable assembly.

In the assembly process of cable assemblies, solder soldering is no longer used, because common solder soldering will start to melt
when the temperature reaches about 200°C.
In order to make the designed cable assembly achieve high temperature resistance technical requirements, laser welding is used in the assembly, and the connector and coaxial cable are well integrated through instantaneous high temperature to complete the assembly
    of the entire cable assembly.

The successful development of this cable assembly fills the gap of domestic 1000 °C high temperature cable assembly, and the product performance has reached the domestic leading level
    .
