China suspends imports of Japanese waste plastics

Recently, the "All Japan Plastic Recycling Industry Association" composed of 180 domestic waste plastic-related companies submitted a petition to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and hopes that the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will come forward and cooperate with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
China coordinated to resolve as soon as possible many chain problems in the industry caused by China's suspension of imports of Japanese waste plastics.

Earlier this month, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China issued an announcement to suspend the import of waste plastics originating from Japan in accordance with the "Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementing regulations and the "Regulations on Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Risk Early Warning and Rapid Response Management" Inspection and related inspection and quarantine procedures.
