Asset manager Exus Management Partners announced on Monday that China Three Gorges Europe, a subsidiary of China Three Gorges, has completed the acquisition
of 450 megawatts of renewable energy in two Spanish portfolios.

The buyer, part of China's state-owned clean energy giant China Three Gorges Corporation, will spend 500 million euros to become the sole owner
of 11 wind farms and a solar photovoltaic park in Spain.
These power plants are located in the Castile and León regions
    of Spain.

Exus said it had facilitated the financial settlement of the sale on behalf of its Spanish and Belgian clients, who owned the majority of their portfolio
prior to China's Three Gorges entry.

Exus will also manage assets at all power plants and retain the role of asset manager, the
    company added.
