Recently, China Kaiyuan Engineering Design and Research Institute Co.

(hereinafter referred to as China Kaizen), a subsidiary of China Energy Conservation, undertook project management tasks to aid the rooftop photovoltaic power station project of Nepal's Prime Minister's Office, and the external handover ceremony was held
in the Nepal Prime Minister's Office.
The smooth transfer of this project is another breakthrough
made by China Kaizen in countries along the "Belt and Road" after completing the rooftop photovoltaic power station project of the parliament building in Pakistan, the F-9 park distributed photovoltaic energy storage power station project in Islamabad, Pakistan, and the solar street lighting project in Comoros.
The project is located in the Prime Minister's Office in Nepal's capital, with a total installed capacity of 1 MW, mainly including the Prime Minister's Office Building, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and other 19 office buildings and 3 parking shed roofs to install distributed photovoltaic power generation systems, the project was officially started on November 28, 2016, and completed on February 20, 2018

China Kaizen is mainly responsible for the feasibility study and project management of the project
.
During the implementation of the project, the project management team overcame practical difficulties, repeatedly communicated and coordinated with Nepal, and solved many problems affecting the normal progress of the project, which not only won the trust of Nepal, but also won unanimous praise
from the Economic and Commercial Counsellor Office of the Chinese Embassy in Nepal and the Bureau of International Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce.
