Lai Xiaoming, chairman of the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, said that he is pleased to see that the three companies have fully considered the diversity, cleanliness, ecology and society of voluntary emission reduction projects in the process of purchasing CCERs to offset carbon emissions.
