The system can be used to simulate and complete the test points of the test operation of the locomotive line in the warehouse, and the locomotive can find its dynamic fault

The high-power electric locomotive is mainly used for the traction power test and electric brake power test after the maintenance of the harmonious electric locomotive, consisting of four parts of the foundation pit device, electrical equipment area, noise reduction ventilation device and central operation room, using the domestic leading electric power sealing technology, the locomotive and the test bench form a mutual exchange on the original side of the catenary, and the energy consumption generated by the test can be sent back to the power grid by feedback, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the test, and adopts the lifting wheel flange track and program-controlled electronically controlled wheelbase adjustment technology.
It can quickly complete the upper and lower test benches of locomotives, and is suitable for rapid adjustment
of the test wheelbase of 7 different wheelbase models such as HXD1B, HXD2, HXD2B, HXD3, etc.
The test bench can complete the test operation of locomotives twice a day, which can meet the maintenance and trial operation needs
of 466 locomotives per year in this section.
