Recently, CNOOC Tianjin Branch announced that the Jinzhou 20-2 gas field, the first self-developed condensate gas field in China's offshore industry, has been safely produced for 30 years, contributing a total of more than 8.
    8 billion cubic
    meters of natural gas.

It is understood that the Jinzhou 20-2 gas field is the first offshore condensate gas field
in China to design, build and develop and manage itself in accordance with international standards.
The geological reservoir of this gas field is extremely complex, with the characteristics of diverse lithology, deep reservoir burial and large lateral variation of reservoir, and faces world-class development problems
such as high temperature and high pressure, condensation reversal.
CNOOC's older generation of researchers innovated and developed technology and optimized the management mode, so that the daily gas output of the gas field reached more than
one million cubic meters after it was put into operation.

With the development progress, the gas field has problems such as abnormal high temperature and high pressure of the reservoir, black oil and water output of 60% of the gas well, resulting in the deterioration of the overall development effect of the gas field, with an annual decline rate of more than
    30%.
In the face of complex production conditions, the younger generation of CNOOC researchers have constructed a "technology library" for the development of this type of gas reservoir through multiple rounds of in-depth research, and gradually formed a diagnosis and treatment technology
for abnormal high-pressure condensate gas fields.

After a series of "dialectical treatment", Jinzhou 20-2 condensate gas field finally achieved stable production for 15 consecutive years, giving birth to four "trump wells" with a cumulative output of up to 1 billion cubic meters, which fully guaranteed the production and domestic gas consumption of downstream users and provided strong support
for the construction of "green water and green mountains" in the Bohai Rim region of China.
