    Wang Shoujun said that the official launch of the 200,000th spherical fuel element is an important milestone in the demonstration project of large-scale advanced pressurized water reactor and high-temperature gas-cooled reactor of major national science and technology, marking that China's high-temperature gas-cooled reactor component manufacturing level has been in the forefront of the world, which is of great significance
    for promoting the commercialization of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power technology and "going global".

    It is reported that high-temperature gas-cooled reactors are internationally regarded as the priority research and development objects
    of the fourth-generation nuclear energy system because of their inherent safety and versatility in the development and utilization of high-temperature thermal energy.
    Compared with other reactor types, China is one of the few countries
    in the world that has mastered the technology of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors and is at the forefront.
