    With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (grant number: 81925026, 82130068, 31900101, 32170111), Professors Zhou Hongwei and He Xiaolong of Southern Medical University and Professor Linse K.


    Through multiple omics analysis such as metagenomics, bacterial culture groups, and metabolomes, combined with population data and animal experiments, the collaborative research team found that DL-endopeptidase is the key enzyme for the production of NOD2 ligands.


    The study reveals that intestinal flora disorders can drive the occurrence and development of Crohn's disease by influencing the NOD2 signal transduction pathway, providing new ideas
