    With the development of device miniaturization, micro-manipulation has attracted great attention


    In response to this challenge, the research team used femtosecond laser two-photon polymerization nanolithography technology to 3D print a micro-sized fixed-supported beam probe-based micro-force sensing structure on the end face of a single-mode fiber for the first time


    This research work not only provides a new solution for the realization of a miniature atomic force microscope system, but also provides a new idea for the research of fiber-integrated polymer micro-nano sensors, and has broad application prospects in the research of mechanical properties of materials and the detection of biological samples
