    With funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (approval number: 5153201, 11974037), the research team of Professor Guo Lin and Professor Liu Limin of Beihang University has made achievements in the preparation of monolayer nickel and cobalt hydroxide nanomaterials and the mechanism of electrocatalytic oxygen production New development


    As a typical electrocatalytic oxygen production catalyst, the dehydrogenation mechanism and lattice structure evolution of hydroxide materials before the oxygen production reaction are of key guiding significance for understanding the catalytic mechanism


    The research team established a method of using molecular crystals to directly construct a single layer of nickel hydroxide with an amorphous structure on the surface of the electrode, and revealed its intrinsic catalytic mechanism in the process of electrocatalytic oxygen production


    This work established a new way to obtain monolayer hydroxide directly on the surface of the electrode.
