    Sinochem News from the University of Science and Technology of China announced on December 16 that recently, Professor Zeng Jie from the University of Science and Technology of China, Professor Xia Chuan from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Professor Xiao Jianping from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences changed the copper base through single-atom modification of lead, bismuth, and indium.


    The researchers obtained single-atom modified copper catalysts such as lead, bismuth, and indium through the strategy of in-situ reduction under the conditions of electro-reduction of carbon dioxide


    In order to eliminate the cost of separating the liquid product and the electrolyte solution, the researchers developed a new type of electrolysis device based on the solid electrolyte.


    It is reported that carbon dioxide electroreduction can obtain a variety of carbon-containing products.
