The market supervision department of Shaoguan City conscientiously organizes and implements food supervision and sampling in strict accordance with the annual food safety supervision and sampling plan
    .
The inspection agency of this sampling task is Shenzhen Central Inspection Union Testing Co.
    , Ltd.

In this period, a total of 72 batches
of samples were sampled for edible agricultural products, infant formula foods, tea and related products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, special dietary foods, canned food, condiments, etc.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, 70 batches were qualified and 2 batches were unqualified (see the annex for the details of the sampling inspection).

Among them, qualified foods include: 52 batches of edible agricultural products, 7 batches of infant formula food, 3 batches of tea and related products, 3 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, 3 batches of special dietary food, 1 batch of canned food, and 1 batch
    of flavor.
    Non-conforming food includes: 2 batches
    of edible agricultural products.
Non-conformities mainly detect non-edible substances and pesticide residues
    .
The details are hereby announced as follows:

First, there are problems with substandard food

    (1) Non-edible substances

    1.
The soybean sprouts sold at Liu Junxiu's vegetable stall in Zhenjiang District, 6-benzyl adenine (6-BA) do not meet the national food safety standards
    .

    (2) The problem of pesticide residues

    1.
The long bean horn sold by Zhang Lirong vegetable stall in Zhenjiang District does not meet the national food safety standards
    .

    2.
    Analysis of unqualified items

    1.
6-Benzyl adenine (6-BA): 6-benzyl adenine is a synthetic cytokinin, white or off-white crystals, poorly soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, stable
    in acids and alkalis.
6-Benzyl adenine has the effect of inhibiting the decomposition of chlorophyll, nucleic acid and protein in plant leaves, and is mainly used in food, fruit tree cultivation and horticulture, and can be applied
at all growth stages of crops.
Excessive intake of 6-BA can irritate the mucosa, causing esophageal and gastric mucosal damage, nausea, vomiting and other phenomena
    .
The main reason for the excessive 6-benzyl adenine may be: the manufacturer illegally added it
    .

    2.
Carbofuran: Carbofuran, also known as carbofuran, is a common insecticide, acaricide, and nematicide
    in carbamate pesticides.
A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food exceeding the standard of carbofuran may have a certain impact on
    human health.
The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021) stipulates that the maximum residue limit value of carbofuran in beans and vegetables is 0.
    02mg/kg
    .
The reason why Budweiser in long beans exceeds the standard may be that vegetable farmers do not comply with the provisions of the drug rest period in order to control the disease, so that the drug residue in the product is not degraded below the standard limit when it is
    marketed.

    3.
