[China Epoxy Resin Industry Online] The newly released "Interim Measures for Cleaner Production Review" on September 8, 2004 stipulates that the state will follow the law for companies that use toxic or hazardous materials for production or discharge toxic or hazardous substances in production.
Mandatory implementation of cleaner production audits.

The "Interim Measures for Cleaner Production Audits" jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Environmental Protection Administration also stipulate that companies whose pollutant emissions exceed national and local standards or total volume control targets shall also be compulsory to implement cleaner production audits.
