    The sterile room (clean room) is the core of the microbiological testing room
    .


    The sterile room is generally a small independent room opened in the microbiology laboratory


    (1) Clean room cleanliness standards

    The cleanliness of the aseptic operation room should reach class 10,000, the negative cleanliness degree of ultra-clean work should reach class 100, the indoor temperature should be maintained at 18 ~ 27 ℃, and the humidity should be maintained at 30% ~ 70%

    (2) Clean room operating procedures
