Eosinophilic esophagitis (the EoE) is a chronic immune resistance mediated oesophageal, wherein the esophageal mucosa massive infiltration of eosinophils.

This study is a multi-center, double-blind trial.

A total of 93 patients were included in this study, and the pre-set modified intention-to-treat analysis set included 87 patients (38 in the placebo group and 49 in the BOS group).
