    Methods: Our study included 153 SARS-CoV-2-positive singleton pregnancies who delivered at three referral hospitals in Switzerland


    Results: Placental weight was lower than or equal to the 10th percentile in 42.5% (65/153) cases, and placental weight was lower than or equal to the 3rd percentile in 19% (29/153) cases


    Conclusions: In our cohort, SARS-CoV-2 during pregnancy was associated with a higher incidence of placental low body weight, increased b/p ratio, and abnormal scaling index beta
