The researchers searched all relevant randomized controlled trials in 4 databases and compared the results of oral PPI treatment with intravenous (IV) PPI treatment for PUB.
A total of 14 randomized controlled trials met the inclusion criteria, and a total of 1,951 patients with peptic ulcer were collected, of which 977 cases and 974 cases were in the control group and the intervention group, respectively.
