CNOOC helps build the first green energy airport in Jiangsu Province

On April 19, the natural gas distributed energy station of CNOOC Nanjing Airport Energy Co.

Green energy airport refers to the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG), hydrogen energy and other green, low-carbon and clean fuels, and the use of distributed energy stations to supply energy such as cold, heat and electricity for the main body of the airport building and surrounding supporting facilities, replacing the original diesel and LPG.

The natural gas distributed energy station is the core project of the green energy airport.

Up to now, the "Oil Gas and Electricity" integrated energy station has 5 refueling machines, 3 CNG (compressed natural gas) refilling machines, 1 LNG liquid filling machine and 4 fast integrated charging piles, with an estimated annual refueling capacity of 5,000 tons.

As one of the supporting projects, the LNG gasification station with an annual gas supply of 60 million cubic meters is the "heart" of the airport's energy supply

Focusing on building the first green energy airport in Jiangsu Province, CNOOC coordinated the upstream exploration and development to extend the industrial chain downstream, and built natural gas distributed energy stations, gasification stations and "oil, gas and electricity" integrated energy stations, connecting "production, supply, storage and sales".
