Recently, the People's Bank of Development and Reform Commission, Securities Regulatory Commission jointly issued a new version of green bonds to support the project directory, since 2021 Nian 7 Yue 1 the effective date.

Green bonds are an important green financial tool.

The "Green Debt Catalog (2021 Edition ) " achieved three major breakthroughs.

According to the person in charge of the relevant department of the People's Bank of China, fossil energy such as coal is still a high-carbon emission project in nature, and the international mainstream green bond standards have not included it in the scope of support.

The person in charge also said that the clean production and efficient use of coal and other fossil energy is of great significance to promoting the high-quality development of my country's economy at this stage.
