Zhang Jianqiu, editor-in-chief of China Chemical Industry News, mentioned that although the current sustainable development of the chemical park has made positive progress, it still faces many challenges, especially the urgent task of retreating from the city and entering the park, which puts forward higher requirements for the high-quality development of the park.

Yang Ting, secretary-general of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Park Working Committee, said that during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, my country's chemical parks have entered a stage of standardized development, and initial results have been achieved in layout adjustments, and intensification has increased significantly.

But he also pointed out some problems that still exist in the chemical park.

Based on this, Yang Ting believes that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, my country’s chemical parks have five key tasks to be grasped: optimizing the layout and promoting the development of industrial clusters; improving industrial development plans and cultivating the park’s characteristic development; strengthening infrastructure construction and enhancing green Guarantee capabilities; strengthen management and service capabilities, enhance the level of smart development; improve the construction of standardization systems, and promote the high-quality jump of the park.

Regarding the development of the chemical park during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the leaders of each park also expressed their views.

Zhang Yajun, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base, said that the Ningdong Base will target the domestic first-class energy and chemical base, highlight integrated development, and build Ningxia’s industrial economic corridor; highlight major projects and expand precision Effective investment; highlight green and low-carbon development and build ecological safety functional areas.

Xu Wenhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone, mentioned that Ningbo Petrochemical District will take the improvement of the industrial chain as the overall idea, and the downstream high value-added products of the industrial chain as the direction to create a green petrochemical industry.

"The Science Park will focus on planning leadership, innovation drive, safety and environmental protection, project construction, etc.

Zhang Yanjun, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the management committee of Yushen Industrial Zone, said that the park will focus on five hundred billion-level industrial clusters, promote the terminalization of the industrial chain and technological innovation, and carry out five integrated constructions to make up for the strengths and weaknesses.

Zhang Yao, deputy director of the Work Safety Supervision Bureau of Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, said that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the park will focus on management, control and resolution of safety risks, and continue to implement safety supervision.

The forum is guided by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and named by the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base Management Committee.
