Coriant, an optical transmission equipment supplier, said it tested 400G DWDM technology
in partnership with Polish multiservice provider Netia.
This is the second time Coriant has experimented with 400G technology
on its hiT 7300 DWDM platform.
Unlike the first test, this time the 400G optical transmission contains a 150-GHz superchannel
with four subcarriers on the ITU-T 50-GHz grid.
The transport utilizes Coriant's Flexigrid ROADM technology
