new high-solid, low VOC wood coating solution is based on Cosmodur's polyurethane cross-linking agent Desmodur?IL V170 and DSM Ualac?1801/2 resins. It effectively reduces VOC emissions by nearly 40% and meets the latest industry environmental standards (solvents below 420g/L). In addition, it improves spray efficiency, saves 40% on coating volume with the same coating thickness, and provides the furniture industry with cost-effective coating solutions.

high-solid-containing resin Uuralac?1801/2 is resin products. The newly developed patented polymerization technologies of Uurac?1801 and Ualac?1802, combined with the Demodur?IL V170, enable low VOC emissions of approximately 410g/L. Unlike conventional high-solid-containing resins, Uralac?1801 and Uralac?1802 cure fast and dry at the same rate as existing medium-solid resins. The Uralac?1801 can be used for highlight effects, while the Uralac?1802 creates matte finishes. Another advantage of this product is that it has a high membrane sex at once. It achieves the same film thickness as existing coating systems with fewer coatings, improving spray efficiency.
