    Vaccination reduces the risk of contracting or spreading delta and omicron virus variants



    A detailed analysis in the UK showed that people infected with the Omicron variant of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 were nearly 50% more likely to infect people who lived with it than those infected with the Delta variant
