On August 3, CRRC officially started construction of the first railway manufacturing base invested and built in the United States, which is located in Springfield, Massachusetts, where Zhan Tianyou began his study abroad career, and is the international production capacity cooperation

The first products to be produced at this plant are the Boston Red Line and Orange Line subways
