At present, the detection methods of non-steroidal anabolic hormones in animal-derived matrices reported at home and abroad mainly include high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), capillary electrophoresis (CE), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry ( LC-MS), gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS), voltammetry, flow injection - chemiluminescence detection method (FI-CL) and the immunoassay (IA) and the like
(1) Voltammetry
Voltammetry is an electrochemical analysis method that obtains analysis results based on the relationship between the indicator electrode potential and the current passing through the electrolytic cell, including cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry scanning method (differential pulse voltammetry, DVP) and so on
(2) Flow injection-chemiluminescence (FI-CL)
CLD is a fast and sensitive new detector developed in recent years.
(3) Capillary electrophoresis (capillary electrophoresis, CE)
CE is a new type of liquid phase separation analysis technology that uses capillary as the separation channel and high-voltage direct current electric field as the driving force.
(4) Gas chromatography (GC)
Non-Zi type anabolic hormones can be analyzed by GC, but they must be derivatized into volatile derivatives before GC analysis
