(1) Pig kidney and muscle tissue samples

1) Sample preparation

Pig kidney needs to remove fat and other non-kidney tissues, pork needs skin and bones removed

2) Extract

Weigh 2.

3) Purification

Add 3 mL of 1mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH=3) to the above 15mL centrifuge tube , shake for 10 minutes, and centrifuge for 10 minutes (4000 r/min)

(2) Milk and milk powder samples

1) Sample preparation

Mix the milk and milk powder samples separately

2) Extract

Milk sample: Weigh 2.

Milk powder sample: Weigh 0.

3) Purification

Add 3 mL of 1mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH=3) to the above 15mL centrifuge tube, shake for 10 minutes, and centrifuge for 10 minutes (5000 r/min)
