10 Applicability of the method

This method is used to add 9 kinds of antibiotics at four levels of 1.
0μg/kg, 2.
0μg/kg, 5.
0μg/kg, and 10.
0μg/kg for representative slaughtered animal mutton, chicken, beef, pork, etc.
For the recovery rate experiment, the analysis results are shown in Table 6-13
.
No interference peaks were seen in the peak regions of the 9 antibiotics, and the recovery rate of the samples was between 75.

11 Repeatability and reproducibility

Under repeatability test conditions, the absolute difference between the two independent test results obtained does not exceed the repeatability limit (r).
If the difference exceeds the repeatability limit (r), the test results should be discarded and the two individual tests should be completed again.
