The methods for determining BMZs mainly include biological methods, immunological detection methods and instrumental detection methods
(1) Biological methods
The method of biological determination of BMZs is mainly used for daily evaluation of potential anthelmintics in food
(2) Immunoassay (IA)
The immunoassay method is simple, sensitive, and selective, and is often used to determine the residual BMZs in biological matrices
1) Radioimmunoassay (radioimmunoassay, RIA)
Early RIA was used to determine the residue of BMZs in animal tissues
2) Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
In recent years, ELISA has gradually replaced RIA and has been widely used in BMZs residue analysis
3) Surface plasmon resonance (SPR)
Surface plasmon resonance technology is a biomolecule detection technology developed in the 1990s.
