    [Content determination] According to the 2015 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" four parts high performance liquid chromatography (General Principle 0512) determination


    Chromatographic conditions and system suitability test: octadecylsilane bonded silica gel is used as filler; acetonitrile is used as mobile phase A, water is used as mobile phase B, and gradient elution is performed as specified in the following table; detection wavelength is 203nm

    Preparation of reference solution: Take appropriate amounts of ginsenoside Rg1 reference substance, ginsenoside Rb1 reference substance and notoginsenoside R1 reference substance, accurately weigh them, and add methanol to make each 1ml containing ginsenoside Rg1 0.



    Note: The injection volume is 5ul

    Preparation of test solution: Take 10 tablets of this product, accurately weigh, grind finely, take about 0.


    Determination method: accurately draw 10ul each of the reference solution and the test solution, inject it into the liquid chromatograph, and measure, and it is obtained


    This product contains notoginseng per tablet based on the total amount of ginsenoside Rg1 (C 42 H 72 O 14 ), ginsenoside Rb1 (C 5 H 92 O 23 ) and notoginsenoside R1 (C 47 H 80 O 18 ), small tablets Not less than 10.
