6 samples
Take samples according to the safety and technical requirements specified in GB/T13289, GB/T13200 and GB/T3723
7 measurement steps
7.
Install and condition the chromatographic column in the chromatograph according to the operating instructions of the instrument
7.
Use a gas sampling valve to inject 1mL~3mL standard sample into the chromatograph under the specified conditions, switch the backflush valve after the methane flows out, repeat the measurement twice, calculate the average peak area or peak height of oxygen, as the basis for quantitative calculation
7.
Take a gas sample with the same volume as the standard gas sample, inject the chromatograph with a gas sampling valve, repeat the measurement twice, record and measure the peak area or peak height of hydrogen, and compare it with the external standard sample
Note: When liquid propylene is injected, measures should be taken to ensure that the liquid internal olefin is completely vaporized: flash injector or water bath can be used for vaporization
8 Expression of analysis results
8.
The hydrogen content in ethylene and propylene is calculated in milliliters per cubic meter (mL/m³) and calculated according to formula (1):
Where:
Φ i — the gas content in the standard sample, in milliliters per cubic meter (mL/m 3 );
A s —the peak area or peak height of hydrogen in the standard sample;
A i — the peak area or peak height of hydrogen in the sample

9 Precision
9.
In the same experimental space, the same operator uses the same equipment, according to the same test method, and the same test object is tested independently in a short period of time.
9.
2 Reproducibility
In two different laboratories, different operators, using different instruments and equipment, according to the same test method, the two test results obtained by independently testing the same object under test, the hydrogen content is 5mL/m 3~20mL /m 3 sample, its absolute difference is not more than 30% of its average value, and it is premised that it does not exceed 5% if it is more than 30% of its average value
.
10 Test report
The test report should include the following contents;
a) All information about the sample, such as the name of the sample, batch number, location of the fruit sample, sampling date, sampling time, etc.
;
h) Code of this standard;
c) Analysis results;
d) Details and descriptions of any abnormal phenomena observed in the measurement;
e) the name of the analyst and analysis of the mouth and so on
.
