The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" outline has made clear arrangements for promoting the development of this region.

Why is the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei so important? One is its special status.

Second, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei does face some problems and challenges.

One is to stick to the problem orientation.

The second is to optimize regional functions.

The third is to highlight coordinated development.

The fourth is to focus on system innovation.

The fifth is to pay attention to conditional constraints.

In specific aspects, we must focus on dissolving the core functions of the non-capital city, promoting transportation, infrastructure interconnection, industrial transformation and upgrading and transfer docking, realizing innovation-driven development, coordinating social undertakings and public services, and strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection.
